Turn for easy Power

A stable turn is a simple way to generate power and maintain timing in a golf swing. Locking the head and lower body together with a wide stance makes turning very difficult, as pictured in the left frame below. Allowing the head to turn slightly and enabling the hips to rotate with a narrower stance is far more effective. See the image in the right frame below as a reference point.
