Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club members recently travelled to Melbourne for a fantastic three-day golfing experience, taking on some of Melbourne’s finest courses.
The trip began at Riversdale Golf Club, where Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club secured a decisive win against Riversdale Golf Club, with a team score of 314 points to 292 points, respectively. A special thank you to Riversdale President David Byers and Captain David Turner for their warm hospitality.
Days two and three saw the group take on Peninsula Kingswood Golf Club, battling through consistently harsh and windy conditions. Kerry Milliner won on The South Course with 35 points on countback, while Rose Chi won on The North Course with 37 points. Across both courses, Nick Mullings emerged as the overall winner with a 36-hole total of 65 points. Another special thank you to Peninsula Kingswood CEO Heath Wilson for hosting the group at the Club.
The 2025 Members’ Golf Trip was greatly enjoyed by all who attended, with memorable moments on and off the course. Well done to the staff who helped organise and support this new event.
