On Tuesday 31 December 2024, we invite members and their guests to join us for an unforgettable night of elegance and gourmet indulgence at our exclusive New Years Eve Black-Tie Event.

Welcome the New Year in style and indulge in a 5-course degustation menu featuring exquisite seasonal ingredients, designed by Head Chef Darren Morgan. Dress to impress in your finest black-tie attire and join us for an evening of elegance and celebration.

By completing this booking form you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Any cancellations after Saturday 28 December 2024 will result in a cancellation fee being applied to your account.

2. You authorise Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Pty Ltd (Club) to charge your member account to the value amount of your requested booking requirements.

3. You authorise the Club to debit your nominated account in the name and manner specified in the Direct Debit Request you have previously provided to the Club.

4. Payment will be processed 72 hours prior to the event date.

5. You agree that it is your responsibility to have sufficient cleared funds in your nominated account by the due date to enable payment.

6. If the debit item is returned unpaid we may ask you to reimburse us for any charges we incur as a result of your debit item being returned unpaid.
