Welcome Hideo Oshinaga – Sous Chef

We are excited to announce that Hideo Oshinaga joined Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club as Sous Chef on Tuesday 17 September 2024. Hideo brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our kitchen with over 18 years of professional experience in culinary arts.

His impressive background includes roles at renowned establishments such as Fellini Ristorante at Marina Mirage where he worked as Sous Chef for over seven years, Stanley’s Barn and Double Barrel Kitchen.

Hideo has a passion for Japanese and Italian cuisines as well as fine dining. His strong work ethic and commitment to excellence will be invaluable as we continue to elevate our culinary offerings.

His proficiency in sushi and tempura preparation, along with his expertise in kitchen management and staff training, will greatly enhance our team’s performance and creativity.
