On Tuesday 17 September 2024, 48 Indooroopilly Golf Club ladies travelled to Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club for the annual Sanctuary Cove vs Indooroopilly Interclub Challenge.
The event has become a highlight on the calendar since its inception in 2022, initiated by Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club member Margie Hay and Indooroopilly Golf Club member Sue-Ellen Hopkins.
The ladies competed in a 4BBB Stableford format, with the seven best scores from each club combined to determine the winning team.
The Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club ladies retained the trophy for the third consecutive year, continuing their winning streak. Congratulations to Cheryl Bronson and Carolyn Hampton, who posted the best score of the day with 48 points.
We look forward to next year’s challenge at Indooroopilly, where the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club ladies will aim for their fourth consecutive victory.
