Notice – The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works

Please see the below course updates: 

• Hole 10 – out of play
• Hole 18 – out of play
• Holes 19 and 20 replace holes 10 and 18, respectively 
• All one-tee starts begin on hole 19
• All two-tee starts begin on holes 1 and 11, with holes 19 and 20 to be played after hole 17

Please note contractors will begin shelling out other bunkers throughout the program. 

The following works have been completed on holes 17, 18 and 10. 

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 17

• The program for the 17^th hole has been completed
• All new turf has been laid and new sand has been installed
• The hole has now been re-opened
• The new turf is GUR and the white staked bunkers are also GUR

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 18

• The bunkers have been shelled out
• The left greenside bunker has been shaped with drainage and a Duracrumb liner has been installed
• The other bunkers are being shaped and drainage is to be installed

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 10

• The 10^th hole is now closed and work has begun
• The greenside bunkers have been shelled out
• The left hand greenside bunker will be removed and reshaped as a grass bunker
• The fairway bunkers are being shelled out and fresh sand is being installed
