Rule of the Week – Loose Impediments

You may remove a loose impediment anywhere on or off the course without penalty, using your hand, foot, club, or other equipment.

If doing so causes your ball to move, replace it in its original spot.

A one-stroke penalty applies if the ball is not on the putting green or in the teeing area.
