Update on the Golf Courses

The Golf Course Maintenance team completed the following this week:

• Trimmed the bunkers on The Pines
• Checked the sand depths and detailed The Pines bunkers
• Applied foliar fertiliser on The Pines fairways, tees, and aprons
• Needle tined selected greens on The Pines
• Conducted 8mm of solid tine aeration on The Pines tees
• Edged the cart paths on both The Pines and The Palms
• Detailed gardens on The Pines 13^th hole
• Chipped tree debris and mulch on The Pines forest floors
• Completed turf on drain areas on The Palms 5^th and 6^th holes
• Repaired/replaced turf on bare areas on The Palms 9^th hole
• Applied herbicide on The Pines rough for flat weeds
• Raised and levelled the greenside sprinklers on The Palms 11^th hole

Next week the team plans to:

• Needle tine The Palms greens
• Apply a sodium flush on The Palms greens
• Apply a foliar fertiliser on The Palms fairways, tees and aprons
• Conduct an amendment application on The Pines greens
• Continue sand depth detailing on The Pines bunkers
• Continue to repair/replace turf on bare areas on The Palms
