Among the highlights of our new menu are the confit duck leg served with braised red cabbage, dauphinoise potatoes and Pedro Ximenez jus. This dish combines a succulent confit duck leg, frenched to precision, a masterpiece of tender meat and an exquisite balance of flavours on the plate that will leave your taste buds yearning for more.

Prepare to savour our house-made Jack’s Creek wagyu beef burger patties, bursting with juiciness and flavour, combined with pickles, onion rings, lettuce and smoked mozzarella; our chefs have truly elevated the classic burger to new heights of culinary excellence.

For a fresh burst of flavours, look no further than the rosemary and honey baked Byron Bay halloumi with roasted vegetable salad and rocket pesto or the seared sashimi grade tuna with warm Niçoise salad, house-made salsa verde and soft crumbled egg. Now that we’ve mentioned eggs, if you enjoy a boiled egg from the golf shop during your round, the pork and fennel Scotch egg served with a mustard pickle is a must from the new menu!
