Join us for gastronomic delight as our talented team takes you on a culinary extravaganza paired with big and bold Barossa red wines.
Each course of the degustation menu has been expertly thought out and crafted by the Club’s new Head Chef Darren Morgan, to showcase the finest seasonal ingredients paired with exquisite red wines.
Between courses, experienced wine consultant and wine merchant for Déjà vu wines Jeff Butler, will guide guests through the intricacies of wine pairing, enhancing the experience with his expert knowledge and passion for fine vintages.
