The Queensland Government confirmed the approval of the modification of zone boundaries for the proposed use plan for Sanctuary Cove Resort on Wednesday 28 March 2024.
This approval means that lots 10, 52 and 58 are now re-zoned and the conditional contracts for the sale of these areas to Mulpha are finalised. Legal representatives from both parties will now complete all arrangements for settlements and other matters relating to the re-zoning.
As previously communicated, these sales will enable us to address some of the capacity constraints of our Clubhouse and provide necessary financial resources for other essential works.
