It is with mixed emotions that we bid farewell to our esteemed Head Chef Ben James. After more than three years of dedicated service, Ben has decided to explore alternate career options. His last day with us will be Sunday 14 April.

During his time with us, Ben has been an invaluable member of our culinary team, bringing creativity, expertise, and passion to every dish he crafted. His contributions have enriched our dining experiences and created countless memorable moments for Members and their guests. While we will miss his culinary talents and outgoing friendly presence in the kitchen, we wholeheartedly support his decision to embark on this new journey.

As we bid farewell to Ben, we eagerly anticipate welcoming a new Head Chef who will continue the legacy of culinary excellence that Ben has established. We will keep Members updated on this appointment in the coming weeks.
