Update on the Golf Courses

The Golf Course Maintenance team completed the following this week: 

• Verti cut The Pines greens

• Amendments applied to The Pines greens
• Continued pre-emergent application on The Pines rough
• Mowing of The Pines rough
• Fungicide application to The Pines greens
• Drainage pits and valve box trim on The Palms
• Garden detail on The Palms 5^th and 6^th holes

Next week the team plans to:

• Verti cut The Pines greens
• Light top dress (dust) of The Pines greens
• Apply amendments on The Pines greens 
• Foliar fertiliser application on The Pines fairways, tees, and aprons
• Apply herbicide on The Pines and The Palms fairways, tees, and aprons
• Mow The Palms rough
• Continue turf replacement of bare areas on The Palms
• Trim/detail lake edges on The Pines and The Palms courses
• Continue herbicide application on The Palms 4th green 

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works

• Transport new bunker sand into first three bunkers
• Final shaping of soil on the first three bunker surrounds and prepped for turf

• Turf laid 
• Commenced turf stripping and shaping of bunkers at the green end of hole
• Turf cut and reshape to level drainage pits and surrounds
