Embark on a new dining direction in The Jabiru Restaurant for 2024, where innovation meets tradition in a celebration of flavours.

The Club will be trialling a new seasonal format in The Jabiru Restaurant, launching with a seafood buffet smorgasbord on Friday 9 February 2024. Get ready to dive into the ocean’s bounty with our new seafood buffet menu on offer every second Friday in The Jabiru Restaurant. 

Our chefs have curated a selection of the freshest seafood, including succulent Mooloolaba king prawns, fresh Pacific oysters, selection of fresh and cooked seafood, salad bar and a sweet finale with irresistible desserts. Whether you’re a seafood lover or just looking to try something new, our buffet has something for everyone. Come and indulge in our next seafood extravaganza on Friday 8 March 2024 from 6pm. 

On the last Friday of each month, embrace culinary artistry with our five-course degustation dinner that marries tradition and modernity. Collaborating with esteemed wine makers, we offer a symphony of pairings that elevate each dish, where every course is a carefully choreographed dance of flavours and aromas. The first degustation dinner will be hosted on Friday 23 February from 6pm. 

The new dining experiences will also include tasteful instrumental live music creating a sophisticated and relaxed ambiance. Spaces are limited, so ensure you reserve your spot for a culinary adventure that promises an unforgettable Friday night at the Club.
