The Call for Nominations for the below positions on the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club Pty Limited (Club) Board has now closed.

With multiple candidates nominating for each of the positions, the call for voting will commence on Thursday 30 November 2023. The following Members were nominated for the position of Captain of Men’s Golf 2024/25:
- Mr David Francis – nominated by Mr Peter Spencer and Mr Stewart Price
- Nominated Vice-Captain of Men’s Golf: Mr Shaun Clarke
- Mr Michael John Chapman – nominated by Mr Brett Morgan-Evens and Mr Wayne Bastion
- Nominated Vice-Captain of Men’s Golf: Mr Nicholas Mullings
The following Members were nominated for the position of Director 2024/25:
- Mr Donald Telford – nominated by Mr Ian Harder and Mr John Geros
- Mr Indren Naidoo – nominated by Mr Chris Flaherty and Mr Colin Sinclair
- Mr Michael Temperton – nominated by Mr Paul Fink and Mrs Michelle Temperton
The below timetable has been adopted in relation to these Board positions:

- Wednesday 6 December 2023 – close of voting
- Thursday 7 December 2023 – votes counted and results published
