Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club welcomes Members and their guests to dine in The Jabiru Restaurant. The turn of the season brings an array of fresh produce sourced by Head Chef Ben James. Ben and the Club’s culinary team have made effort to ensure the new menu offers the highest quality of produce and carefully blended flavours to provide guests with a first-class fine dining experience at the Club.
The new menu continues to offer a set price menu for diners and Ben has once again made a concerted effort to ensure dietary requirements are catered for with a large number of gluten free dishes available. To view the menu, please click here.

Following the success and the popularity of the Members’ tour of the Golf Course Maintenance shed and greens monthly maintenance demonstration, the Club is pleased to continue this initiative to enhance the Member experience and invite greater Member engagement.
With the aim to provide Members with a better understanding of a variety of Club operations and processes, the Club’s next Member Engagement Session will be held on Tuesday 26 September 2023 at 9am meeting on Lakeview Terrace. This session will include a tour of the Club’s new herb garden and showcase the use of fresh produce grown at the Club and how it is used in recipes by Head Chef, Ben James. Members will then join in a short demonstration of the making of herb pesto with the opportunity to take home a small sample and the recipe to create in their own kitchen.

Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club is proud to be supporting Griffith University’s Institute for Glycomics for the fourth year running through the Club’s annual Month of Pink in October 2023, inaugurated as a National Breast Cancer Foundation Awareness month initiative.
The Club will host a month-long series of pink-themed events to raise valuable funds for the Institute for Glycomics, supporting their groundbreaking research in early breast cancer detection, prevention and treatments. Throughout October, Sanctuary Cove Members and residents will be invited to support the cause by attending events and purchasing tickets in our major raffle with over $10,000 worth of extravagant prizes. Since the event’s initiation, the Club is proud to have raised over $71,000 in aid of the Institute for Glycomics and is looking forward to another successful month this October.

Melbourne Cup 2023 at Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club promises to be bigger and better than ever before. Join us on Tuesday 7 November as The Pines driving range is transformed for our Melbourne Cup Marquee. The race that stops the nation will be the premium marquee event of the year not to be missed and tickets will be racing out the door, so be sure to secure yours quickly.
Join us for a sumptuous seafood buffet with an array of hot and cold dishes and decadent desserts, Pommery champagne upon arrival in our outdoor marquee bar, all the racing action live on the big screen, fashions on the field and sweepstakes. The party will continue well into the evening with live entertainment after the race for our Melbourne Cup afterparty to be hosted on Lakeview Terrace.

The weekly Members’ Sunday Night Roast is held on Sunday evenings from 5:30pm.
The roast is $40 per person and includes a soup, a selection of traditional roast meats and vegetables and dessert.

The Weekly Members’ Draw will be drawn at 6:30pm and Members must be present to be eligible to win.

The Club is pleased to advise that Members can now book dining reservations at the Club via the new SCGCC app for Friday Night Dining in The Jabiru Restaurant, and for Sunday breakfast and Sunday Night Roast in Lakeview Bar. When on the dining tab of the app, simply select your preferred date, enter your party (group) size and time.
