A solid short game requires simplicity. Keeping the arms and body in sync with good balance produces more consistent contact.
Encourage the arms to move in conjunction with the body by placing a golf basket between the elbows, as shown in the images. Be sure to keep the nose on the target side of the ball.
Keeping the body still and only using the arms to hit the ball can be difficult to control, leading to instability in your swing. This simple drill helps counter this and yields impressive results.
