Sanctuary Cove Shootout – The Pines
Qualifying for the Sanctuary Cove Shootout on The Pines golf course begins on Friday 31 January 2025 for men and on Tuesday 28 January 2025 for ladies. The final will be held on Sunday 7 December 2025.
Men’s scores can only be recorded during Single Stableford or Single Stroke rounds played in men’s competitions off the black, blue, or white tees on The Pines golf course. Ladies’ scores can only be recorded during Single Stableford or Single Stroke rounds played in ladies’ competitions off the red or yellow tees. All Single Stroke rounds will be converted to Single Stableford rounds. Optional Stableford rounds and medley competitions are not eligible for qualifying.
The total of the best three (3) Stableford scores per competitor throughout the qualifying period will determine the top 19 qualifiers. In the event of a tie for 19th position, a countback will apply.
The entry fee for the Sanctuary Cove Shootout – The Pines is $20 per player, payable via member charge, cash, or credit card.

Men’s and Ladies’ Eclectic Competition
The Men’s and Ladies’ Eclectic Competition records the best score on each hole during a designated period. The competition runs from Wednesday 1 January to Saturday 30 November 2025, and scores are automatically recorded by the MiClub system when entering a valid competition.
Entry fees are $20 for men and $30 for ladies on The Pines golf course, as the ladies’ fee includes Women’s Golf Gold Coast and Golf Queensland District Events. Payment can be made via member charge, cash, or credit card.
