Billeting and Caddying Information

Whether you’d like to billet a tournament player or experience the Australian WPGA Championship as a player caddy, your involvement will make a meaningful contribution to the tournament’s success.

Tournament Player Billet Host

Members are invited to host tournament players during the event. Billeting is a key component of running a successful tournament and provides a unique opportunity to support and connect with players.

Key considerations for hosting include:

• Accommodation: Provide a private room and bed for your player, with access to bathroom facilities and other basic amenities.
• Meals: While most players are self-sufficient, offering basic options each day would be appreciated.
• Transportation: Although not required, offering transportation to and from the course would also be appreciated.

Tournament Player Caddy

Members interested in caddying during the Australian WPGA Championship should keep the following in mind:

• Availability: Must be available from Monday to Sunday, depending on player requirements.
• Physical capability: Must be able to carry a Tour Bag for up to 10km.
