Notice – The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works

Please see the below course updates: 

• Hole 3 – out of play
• Hole 5 – out of play
• Holes 19 and 20 replace holes 3 and 5, respectively 
• All one-tee starts begin on hole 19
• All two-tee starts begin on holes 19 and 11, with holes 19 and 20 to be played after hole 18

Please note contractors will begin shelling out other bunkers throughout the program. 

The following works have been completed on holes 3, 5 and 7. 

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 3

• This hole is now closed and work has started

• De-turfing and shelling of bunkers are being performed

• The new shapes will be worked on before installing new drainage

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 5

• The bunkers have been shaped and drained
• Duracrumb liner installed
• New bunker sand to be installed and new turf to be laid
• More earth works to be performed on the right-hand side of the green

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 7

• Hole 7 is now open
