Notice – The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works

Please see the below course updates: 

• Hole 5 – out of play
• Hole 7 – out of play
• Holes 19 and 20 replace holes 5 and 7, respectively 
• All one-tee starts begin on hole 19
• All two-tee starts begin on holes 19 and 11, with holes 19 and 20 to be played after hole 18

Please note contractors will begin shelling out other bunkers throughout the program. 

The following works have been completed on holes 5 and 7. 

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 5

• The front bunkers are being shaped to accommodate changes from the rock wall installation
• New drainage will be installed before a Duracrumb liner is installed
• Surface leveling will be carried out to align with the rock wall

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 7

• The right greenside bunkers are being shaped, drained, and lined with Duracrumb liner
• New turf and a layer of fresh sand will be installed to complete the bunkers
