Members’ Working Group

We are looking for members to assist the Golf Course Maintenance team with one of the most crucial steps in our greens renovation process – topdressing. Proper topdressing ensures that dried sand is effectively incorporated into all the core holes, minimising leftover sand on the surface. This leads to faster recovery and shorter maintenance intervals on the greens.

The below photos show our primary method, where we pile dried sand on the green and manually sweep to fill the holes, clearing excess sand to the side for collection.

For those who can assist, we kindly request a commitment of 3 – 4 hours. Should you be able to continue beyond this period, we would greatly appreciate it.
