On Saturday 3 August 2024, the men played the annual Mike Gore Memorial Cup on The Pines golf course. This event is played in memory of Mike Gore, the main property developer of Sanctuary Cove. In memory of his legacy, members take on the challenge of the 4BBB Stroke event each year.

After Saturday’s event ended there were two shots between the top four teams. Congratulations to the father-son duo of Jeff and Harry Dern who won with a score of 63 nett over Nigel Vibert and David Sheedy with 64 nett.
