Update on the Golf Courses

The Golf Course Maintenance team completed the following this week:

• Needle tined The Pines greens
• Replaced and repaired turf on The Palms greens
• Removed Poa annua on The Pines greens
• Raised the sprinkler heads around The Palms 13^th green
• Applied a herbicide for weed control on The Pines Clubhouse gardens
• Conducted stump grinding work on The Palms using the new Ventrac machine
• Trimmed the lake edges on The Palms
• Removed 6^th tee garden on The Palms and prepared this area for new turf
• Cleaned up the garden on The Palms 5^th hole

Next week the team plans to:

• Apply foliar fertiliser on The Pines fairways, tees, and aprons
• Apply fungicide on The Pines greens
• Repair and replace turf on The Palms fairways
• Continue cleaning up the gardens on The Palms
• Conduct tree removal and stump grinding on The Palms 1^st hole
