Notice – The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works

Please see the below course updates: 

• Hole 14 – out of play
• Hole 15 – out of play
• Holes 19 and 20 replace holes 15 and 16, respectively 
• All one-tee starts begin on hole 19
• All two-tee starts begin on holes 1 and 11, with holes 19 and 20 to be played after hole 18

Please note contractors will begin shelling out other bunkers throughout the program. 

The following works have been completed on holes 14, 15 and 16. 

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 14

• The bunkers on the 14^th hole have all been shaped and drained
• The new turf laid and the new sand has been installed
• The bunkers are due to open as of Friday 2^nd August
• The bunkers and new turf will be GUR

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 15

• The fairway bunkers have been shaped and drainage installation is underway
• The greenside bunkers have been shelled out and are being prepared for shaping

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 16

• The 16^th hole is due to close as of Friday 2^nd August

• Work will begin and a drainage job will be performed at the tee garden
