Notice – The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works
Please see the below course updates:
- Hole 14 – out of play
- Hole 15 – out of play
- Holes 19 and 20 replace holes 14 and 15, respectively
- All one-tee starts begin on hole 19
- All two-tee starts begin on holes 1 and 11, with holes 19 and 20 to be played after hole 18
Please note contractors will begin shelling out other bunkers throughout the program.
The following works have been completed on holes 13 and 14.
The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 13
- The bunkers have had drainage and Duracrumb liner installed
- New turf has been laid around the bunker edges and surrounds
- The turf will be GUR and the bunkers white staked as GUR
- Hole 13 is now open
The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 14
- All bunkers have been shelled out
- The right hand side fairway bunkers and greenside bunker have been shaped and are ready for new drainage
- The centre fairway bunkers and left hand side greenside bunkers are to be shaped and await new drainage
- Drucrumb liner to be installed
- The second right hand side fairway bunker has been removed and reshaped
The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 15
- The 15th hole is now closed
