Paying homage to Sam’s Thai background, the Sunset in Siam is a cocktail filled with passion and energy. Served in a chilli salt-rimmed glass and combining muddled lime, Bacardi white rum, watermelon juice and finished with a few dashes of tabasco, this cocktail truly highlights Sam’s personality – chee-wít chee-waa, Thai for full of life!
