Notice – The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works

Please see the below course updates: 

• Hole 6 – in play 
• Hole 9 – in play 
• Hole 11 – out of play
• Hole 12 – out of play
• Holes 19 and 20 replace holes 11 and 12, respectively 
• All one-tee starts begin on hole 19
• All two-tee starts begin on holes 1 and 13, with holes 19 and 20 to be played after hole 18

Please note contractors will begin shelling out other bunkers throughout the program. 

The following works have been completed on holes 6, 9, 11 and 12. 

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 6

• The 6^th hole is now in play 
• All turf has been laid around the new bunkers and drainage pits

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 9

• Fairway bunker have been turfed and had new sand installed
• New Duracrumb liner has been installed on the greenside bunkers
• New sand and turf installed in the greenside bunkers

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 11

• The fairway bunkers are being shaped to the new design
• Drainage will be installed into the fairway bunkers
• The greenside bunker will be shaped next

The Palms Golf Course – Bunker Works – Hole 12

• The 12^th hole has had the new design drawn
• The hole is due to close to start reshaping
