Continuing our journey through the flavourful world of personalised cocktails, we’re delighted to unveil the next creation from our talented team. This week, we shine the spotlight on the face of the department and Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor Tammy Wheeler with her creation “Pear-fect Match”.

Tammy selected her favourite spirit, Jack Daniels, and combined this with a delicate French pear liqueur and a zesty twist of fresh lime. Served neat over the Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club branded ice ball, this cocktail combines sweetness and subtle flavours that combine harmoniously with the bold flavour of Tennessee whiskey. The Pear-fect Match truly sums up Tammy in a glass, delicate yet packs a punch and finished with a zesty twist!
