Continuing our journey through the flavourful world of personalised cocktails, we’re delighted to unveil the next creation from our talented team. This week, we shine the spotlight on our longest serving team member and Food and Beverage Supervisor, Julia Taylor, with her creation “English 75”.

A nod to her English background, the English 75 is a British gin-based cocktail mixed with a twist of zesty lemon, a dash of sweetness from sugar syrup and topped with the playful bubbles and elegance of Champagne Pommery. Each ingredient suitably fitting to Julia’s infectious personality, which we all know and love.
