This week we shine the spotlight on Food and Beverage Supervisor Michael Roberts, the ever-smiling and welcoming face behind the bar, with his delightful creation ‘The MGR 79’.

A clever play on his own initials, ‘The MGR 79’ is a playful blend of Malibu, gin and Bacardi rum mixed with pineapple juice, soda, and a dash of grenadine. Each ingredient harmonises perfectly to create a refreshing and tropical sensation that captures the essence of living in paradise here on the Gold Coast.
