Coaching Tip with Steve Darmody – Great Pitching Posture

Keeping the head down is a common thought when pitching, however this can make moving correctly so much more difficult. To fix this, follow these three key points for an improved pitching setup:

  1. Point the belt buckle down, poor posture starts in the mid-section
  2. Keep your chin up, don’t let it drop down
  3. Aim to balance roughly 60% of your weight on your left side
