Clubhouse Solar Upgrade 

Following the successful installation of the Clubhouse solar system upgrade last year, we have conducted a thorough evaluation of its financial impact on the Club.

Our analysis focused on comparing the average monthly expenditure for YTD April 2024, with that of the 2023 calendar year. We are pleased to report that the solar initiative has resulted in a substantial cost reduction. Specifically, our consumption has decreased, leading to an overall cost savings of approximately 17%. 

The Clubhouse solar initiative has not only helped reduce our environmental footprint but has also made a significant contribution to our overall cost management efforts.
