How to change your golf swing and reduce your thought levels – level #1.

Understand the ‘Thinking Taco’ – having a golf lesson:

  1. Reverse engineer the swing back to the primary swing fault. In 90% of cases, this will be in the setup
  2. Choose an appropriate drill to fix the problem
  3. Generally, the drill will feel very exaggerated – a ‘3’ on the Thinking Taco
  4. Start practising – hit 8 shots at a 3, then hit 5 shots at a 2, then hit 3 shots at a 1 (just hit that ball)
  5. Done correctly, the change becomes comfortably different (2) surprisingly quickly
