Good posture is important to improve the mobility of your golf swing. It is hard to turn well when you have ‘C’ posture, which means that the upper body and mid-section look like a letter ‘C’. Instead, you need to bend from the waist and not by stooping the shoulders; stomach in, belt buckle back, some knee flex and allow the arms to hang from your shoulders.
