Ladies’ Opening Day – Thursday 18 January 2024

The ladies started the 2024 golfing year off right at the Ladies’ Opening Day on Thursday 18 January 2024. 

Over 120 Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club ladies attended the Club to welcome what looks to be yet another successful year of golf.

Attendees had a beautiful day as they played on The Palms golf course. Following golf, the ladies enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch prepared by our very own Head Chef, Ben James and his team.

A special mention to our Captain and Vice-Captain of Ladies’ Golf, Libby Shakespeare and Jane Mullings, for all their hard work in putting this day together.

Congratulations to our winners of the day:

• Division 1 winner – Gail Chell with 41 points
• Division 2 winner – Annelise Neser with 37 points
• Division 3 winner – Amanda Cummings with 39 points

Another special mention to the random 4BBB Aggregate winners, Linda Smith and Janice Stirling with 72 points and runners up, Marion Coy and Jessica Wang with 71 points.
