Update on the Golf Courses

This week the Golf Course Maintenance team completed the following tasks:

• Lake edge trimming on The Pines
• A light verti-cut and 6mm solid needle tine aeration on The Pines greens
• Amendments application to The Pines greens
• Commencement of maintenance work by the contractors to the Clubhouse and carpark gardens; work involves trimming grasses, waste removal and mulching
• Garden works on The Palms 8^th green which involved flora plantings and mulching. The works were kindly assisted by the Members Working Group
• Fungicide application on The Palms greens
• Rough mowing on The Palms

Next week the team will:

• Apply fungicide to The Pines greens
• Mow The Pines rough
• Assist the contractors with continued maintenance works around the Clubhouse and carpark gardens
• Trim The Palms irrigation heads

• The GCM team will be focusing on landscape works on The Palms, in particular, the gardens surrounding the putting and chipping area improving the visibility for Members and residents using the cart path

• Trimming of the native grasses and mulching works in the gardens around the Clubhouse will continue with works being completed by contractors

• Work on the new golf course furniture will commence beginning on the 1^st and 10^th tee complexes
