The Club is pleased to now offer White Rabbit Dark Ale on tap in Lakeview Bar. White Rabbit is an open fermented dark ale, so expect the unexpected. Rich and flavoursome, yet ever refreshing, this malt-driven ale is beautifully balanced by an aromatic lift of hops. Subtle fruit delivered from open fermentation compliments and strong backbone of toffee and chocolate, all bound together by a reassuring bitterness. As the weather cools, this beer will make for a perfect winter’s day.

Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club welcomes Members and their guests to dine in The Jabiru Restaurant this winter with the release of our latest menu offering. Head chef Ben James has fashioned a wholesome winter menu that champions flavours and produce reflective of the cooler months. Particular effort has been made to source the highest quality of ingredients offering diners a true fine dining experience.
The winter menu features crowd favourites of lamb shank braised in juniper berry stock and shiraz, a hearty pork cutlet with sweet potato and honey mash, and fresh spatchcock served with sweetcorn purée.
After receiving outstanding feedback from the autumn menu, the Club continues to offer a selection of quality seafood including gold band snapper, oysters Rockefeller and sweet and sour prawns, as well as the exquisite Western Australian rock lobster. As our chefs ensure they source the freshest rock lobsters possible for Members to savour, it is essential that these items are pre-ordered 24 hours in advance. Please advise staff at time of booking if you wish to order, to ensure you do not miss out.
Head Chef, Ben James has once again made a concerted effort to ensure dietary requirements are catered for with a large number of gluten free dishes available.

Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club invites Members and residents to join The Great Sanctuary Cove Bake Off in support of Cancer Council’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea.
2023 marks the Club’s 11th year raising funds for Cancer Council Australia, helping run the organisation’s vital support services, lifesaving cancer research projects and educational prevention programs.
Guests will enjoy a glass of French rosé upon arrival, followed by tea and coffee and a delectable high tea buffet.
To assist in raising funds, guests are invited to bring along a plate of baked treats – cakes, muffins, cupcakes, biscuits or slice. All items will be offered to guests to purchase and take home to share with family and loved ones. Prizes will be awarded to items on the day with our very own Head Chef Ben James judging items donated.
Please DO NOT include fresh cream as icing or decorations in your baked items as the cake boxes will not be refrigerated, and the cream will spoil.
Please ensure a list of ingredients in the baked items is supplied with the plate. The list of ingredients should include all items used to make your baked item, e.g. butter, sugar, flour, vanilla essence, eggs, dried or fresh fruit, cocoa and nuts etc. Please also include the name of the person who donated or produced the baked item.

As a result, the price of Sunday Night Roast will increase to $40 per person from Sunday 2 July 2023.
