Sanctuary Cove Cup

On Sunday 5 February 2023, the Club hosted the inaugural Sanctuary Cove Cup on The Pines golf course with 124 of South-East Queensland’s elite amateurs taking part. Conditions were extremely challenging for the competitors which was reflective in the final scores. Billy Dowling (Surfers Paradise Golf Club) fired an impressive 70 gross and Lonna Muir (Maroochy River Golf Club) shot 78 gross to take out the 2023 Men’s and Ladies’ Sanctuary Cove Cup, respectively. A big thank you to the Club Board for supporting the event and to the Golf Course Maintenance team for preparing The Pines to such an immaculate standard.
