The annual renovations on The Palms golf course will commence on Monday 16 January 2023. The renovations involve works on all areas of the course, including tees, fairways and greens.
The golf course will be closed for 12 days and will reopen on Saturday 28 January 2023, with an estimated recovery time of four to six weeks. During the renovations, we kindly advise residents that you may experience a slight increase in dust and grass clippings as well as noise from machinery.
Various tree works on The Palms golf course will also be completed in this period.
We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconveniences caused.
Lakeview Bar will be open for breakfast from 8am this Sunday 8 January 2023. Bookings are strongly recommended and can be made by phoning 07 5699 9000.
Late December and early January has seen record sales in The Pines golf shop due to special offers and an extremely high number of golf rounds for Members and InterContinental Hotel guests across both golf courses.
As a result of this, stock levels are currently very low. It is expected that they will return to par levels in the next 7-10 business days. However, please note that the festive period has caused some delays with both suppliers and couriers.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank all the Members who have supported the Club through the Christmas period.
The Club would like to thank those Members who have already paid their subscriptions for 2023. A reminder that the membership subscriptions for 2023 were required to be paid by 29 December 2022. Members who haven’t paid their fees, please contact the Club to make payment at your earliest convenience to avoid late fees and other consequences as set-out in the Club By-Laws.
Members with a direct debit arrangement with the Club, as well as Members who have paid their 2023 membership subscriptions, are now invited to collect their 2023 buggy stickers from Member Services Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.
As of Sunday 1 January 2023, all Members must display a 2023 buggy sticker on their buggy when accessing the golf courses.
The weekly Members’ Sunday Night Roast is held on Sunday evenings from 5:30pm.
The roast is $35 per person and includes a soup, a selection of traditional roast meats and vegetables and dessert.

The Weekly Members’ Draw will be drawn at 6:30pm. The Member drawn in the last Members’ Draw was Mr Choon Lee. Mr Lee was not present, therefore the amount has jackpotted to $1,400 Club Credit with one chance to win.
