A beautiful warm Sunday morning greeted the 12 players who qualified for the Men’s Senior, Veteran and Vintage Semi-Finals. Four players in each age bracket vied it out on The Pines golf course to make it through to the final to win the Championship. The Senior Championship went down to the wire with both matches tightly contested. The Veteran Championship was hotly contested between friends with the eventual winners on the day too good for their opponent. The Vintage Championship was a fierce competition with the defending Champion from the Veteran Championship from 2022 trying to win his way through to the final next week.

Locally roasted with state-of-the-art Brambati roasting equipment, Paradox Coffee Roasters offers the highest quality of award-winning coffee beans with a strong focus on ethically sourced green beans from estate farms and co-operatives.
The Club will be offering Paradox Coffee Roasters’ premium blend, Picasso Baby. A wonderfully harmonious and bright blend of beans sourced from Kenya, Colombia and Ethiopia, this blend profiles blackberry underlined with cola and dark chocolate with a juicy, silky body. The Club is pleased to also now offer Members the opportunity to purchase takeaway beans, coffee pods and other take home items available daily from Lakeview Bar.
As a special introductory offer, the Club will be offering all Members the opportunity to try the new coffee blend for just $3.5 for a small coffee and $4.5 for a large. Specialty milks and syrups will incur the standard additional charges. This offer will be valid daily from Wednesday 18 January until Wednesday 15 February 2023. Paradox’s cold brew cans and oat milk lattes will also be available for purchase from the golf shop and drinks cart.

We are excited to announce that as of 1 February 2023, we have a new affiliate agreement with Pennant Hills Golf Club, located in the suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales.
Pennant Hills Golf Club is a leading private golf club in the hills district of Beecroft in Sydney.
Each Member is allowed a maximum of six games per year and can bring up to three guests per game. Member guest fees apply to all Members and guests.

The Club would like to thank those Members who have paid their subscriptions for 2023. A reminder that the membership subscriptions for 2023 were required to be paid by 29 December 2022. Members who haven’t paid their fees, please contact the Club to make payment at your earliest convenience to avoid late fees and other consequences as set out in the Club By-Laws.
Members with a direct debit arrangement with the Club, as well as Members who have paid their 2023 membership subscriptions, are now invited to collect their 2023 buggy stickers from Member Services Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.
As of Sunday 1 January 2023, all Members must display a 2023 buggy sticker on their buggy when accessing the golf courses.
The weekly Members’ Sunday Night Roast is held on Sunday evenings from 5:30pm.
The roast is $35 per person and includes a soup, a selection of traditional roast meats and vegetables and dessert.
Places are strictly limited, to avoid disappointment please book by phoning 07 5699 9000.
The Weekly Members’ Draw will be drawn at 6:30pm. The Member drawn in the last Members’ Draw was Mrs Janne Powell. Mrs Powell was not present, therefore the amount has jackpotted to $1,600 Club Credit with two chances to win.
