2023 has begun on a high with 125 Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club ladies joining together for the start of what looks to be another very successful year ahead for golf. Thank you to our new Captain and Vice-Captain of Ladies’ Golf, Libby Shakespeare and Jane Mullings, respectively, for their dedication in organising a wonderful day. Congratulations to all the winners of the day with special mention to Division 2 winners Debbie Ray, Janice Wright, Robyn McDonald and Jane Mullings who finished with a score of 58.375 nett holding out runners-up Judy Coote, Angela Foley, Louise Cole and Tracey Lowe on a score of 60.625 nett. Division 1 saw Coleen Moule, Gail Chell, Keiko Ishi and Louise Wolbers win with a score of 58.875 nett with the runners-up team of Marion Coy, Kylie Wharington, Chris Lynam and Laura Liebenau finishing the day with a score of 59.75 nett.
